To all those who are considered wealthy, billionaires and millionaires, I hope that some of you are as compassionate as the few who are working to ensure civilization’s survival and growth in a healthy environment. A growing up that will include an equitable minimal living environment, and not just existence, but one that will promote contributions from all, at all levels, to start a truly golden age for all Earthlings. To all the overnight millionaires, here’s hoping that your subsequent behaviour will include a similar compassion for your family and friends as well as others in your life-circle… and perhaps social media “networks” as well as society at large. Do make time for reflection on how your fateful event should also include starting / promoting actions to contribute to a truly mature golden age for all Earthlings. For it should be remembered that we do live on a blue marble in an ocean of blackness… in a universe where the possibility of extinction is only a blink of an eye in a near future… unless we prepare. May we be blessed with more people who combine intelligence with action and compassion to ensure we are prepared as best as we can to face ongoing crises facing our immature civilization. Hopefully you will see that a Key (Knowledge Empowers You) part is for you to realize that only with a Team (Together Everyone Achieves More) in a Triple-Win endeavour can you truly contribute to ensuring our, all of us, survival… and growth. + + + + + + + + The following is a suggested list of actions for those lucky enough to win a lottery.
Note that the mentioned actions are only one of many scenarios that one can take… based on your personal character, intelligence, social status, and aspirations.
As I live in Canada, our major lottery is called Lotto MAX and has a maximum prize of $70 million. My thinking in preparing this list was that family came first. Another factor was that military veterans are still being mistreated by ungrateful politicians, and that since my father had been a volunteer in WW2, actions to help them through an NGO became a personal mission. Other factors include : ensuring the safety of family and others as a result of such a winning does attract unsavory characters ; using TEAM synergies to ensure success of all endeavours ; provide useful services ; ensure growth opportunities for all participants ; develop new products and services for society ; and encourage ongoing learning, as well as other objectives. The associated item numbers refer to my thoughts on the importance of each action and the logistics of their implementation for maximum synergy.
1) Share with family + Distribute funds as appropriate to family, relatives, best friends, and any others, including favourite causes.
2) Hire business advisory team To advise on and perform due diligence in setting-up or buying companies as outlined below.
3) Create private bank / financial centre Opening a private bank, a fintech, will facilitate the following objectives : provide a safe haven for your winnings ; provide client-centric services at reasonable pricing ; offer financial training and services ; offer personal loans and credit cards at fair rates ; offer discounted insurance programs ; offer investment training and services ; develop financial apps ; etc.
4) Create veterans help organization Setting up a NGO, non-profit, to help distraught veterans is a personal mission for me. Our government repeatedly mismanages their moral obligation to help those they sent to the front-lines upon their return to “normal” society. Once operational through private funding, this VhOrg will rely on public and corporate donations. First objective will be help to homeless or/and disabled veterans, whether from the military or domestic security service institutions.
5) Buy / create private security company Opening a private security company should be a top priority for anyone winning a big lottery or getting a big inheritance… or anything qualifying you as an “overnight multi-millionaire”. First objective is to provide you and your family (and others?) with round the clock security. Other mission is to provide jobs for VhOrg members and offer PI and bodyguard services.
6) Create private network company Setting-up an internet company seems ridiculous. However, if you plan on implementing a list of companies, with some being internationally based, then such an arrangement becomes mandatory to safeguard your corporate information. And with Starlink now operational, it becomes an easy initiative. In my “plan” it is also a means to ensure safe and confidential internet access at fair fees, for partner entities, members and their families, and sponsors.
7) Build hotel with marina, helipad, horse farm & cruise catamaran Ensuring a diversified revenue stream should include activities in the tourism sector. My preference is a 4-star hotel, to be managed by others of course. It will be an ideal environment to house not just visitors and vips, but also veterans in need. And it will also provide space for both a global headquarters… as well as a secure comfortable personal Canadian habitat when needed.
8) Create seniors’ habitat research foundation, global non-profit As a senior, it is in my best interest and others in my cohort, to help in the development and marketing of the V3W Concept that aims to encourage the building of quality housing for seniors’ living in a valorizing environment.
9) Build G4Habitat as a V3W prototype for seniors and students As a proof of concept of the V3W, I will build a quality environment that is not only intergenerational in nature, but that also emphasizes activities, and valorization worthy of their efforts… proving that seniors are not a “useless” cohort, but rather a “fountain of knowledge and experience”. 10) Create private habitat fabricators Develop and build modern green efficient modular housing components as a precursor to building affordable luxury seniors’ habitats.
11) Build VAX as V3W prototype new-wave retirees’ housing A proof of concept to highlight the V3W’s Phase-II holistic benefits of independent and semi‑independent seniors’ habitats that include a synergistic variety of services and activities not found in traditional seniors’ residences. The VAX name is in honour of my father’s name, Alfred Xavier for his courage, wisdom, perseverance and dedication to family and society in general.
12) Create Sages Alliance, non-profit for seniors To offer seniors a venue to compile a wisdom database to enable a social maturing. It will also facilitate seniors’ creative talents in promoting their crafts, products, and services as well as their hobbies and interests.
13) Buy vehicle rental franchises Personal transportation is still an important social aspect, especially for seniors. However, more and more people can not afford to buy a vehicle. As the 70M corporate group evolves, it my opinion that its “members” should be rewarded with a variety of perks and benefits that include discounts on vehicle leasing. As a unique service, it would be memorable to be able to rent a DeLorean, customized cars (ie. Batmobile, Wiener vehicle, etc.), Teslas, pickup trucks and luxury cars.
14) Buy Canada travel agency Transportation of course also includes travel services for needed vacations and corporate activities, etc.
15) Create Youth Corps To provide youth (18-28) with a venue to enable them to contribute to social good and to gain “work” experience through volunteer and intern activities within Canada, and around the world.
16) Set-up tuition scholarships Youth, especially the determined smart ones, should be encouraged to pursue extended studies. Something that I will make part of my 70M Plan with bursaries offered through local universities and high schools.
17) Create a global research network Information is power… power to empower people… to create new products, tools, services and apps… to enable a paradigm shift in our “social order”.
18) Create an international non-profit association Such an entity’s objective will be to help societies evolve into an enduring “higher” civilization with a Global Village Mindset. + + + + + + + + Remember, the objective is to not/not to put all your eggs in one basket... and not to throw your lucky money out the window with debatable purchases.
